I spotted these flowers in a vacant lot while driving by one day. On closer inspection, it was obvious that someone had scattered seeds - cosmos, zinnias, bachelor buttons and snow crop were covering this rocky lot. Made me think that we never know when a decision we make, a small something we do will make someone smile, make another's day brighter. Seeing these flowers in such an unexpected place also reminded me to look closely, slow down and pay attention.
Thank you so much for visiting! ♥, allie

What delightfully COLORFUL blessings you've shared here. Thanks for visiting me at Sacred Ruminations and leaving your link back here to your LOVELY blog. I keep a daily gratitude list in my sidebar at Small Reflections and transfer it monthly to Happily Retired Gal ... but try to Blog My Blessings at Sacred Ruminations at least once or twice a month. It's nice to meet you ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
What a delightful thing someone did!!
What a wonderful gesture someone made by sowing those seeds and what a beautiful outcome.
These are beautiful Allie! What a cheerful surprise to find!
Awesome flower, Allie! Thank You for sharing!
Thank you so much, storyteller, Melanie, Marlene, Pam and Cathy!
It was such a surprise. I had noticed a few of the flowers in driving by, but didn't realize how many there were until I got out of the car, then I looked around and saw that they were everywhere! It was really delightful!
How beautiful! All of your photography is!
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I'm really glad you did. Now I have to know, are you a Bama fan or Auburn? :0)
Have a wonderful week!
Blessings,

Hi Teresa - Thank you again! I am glad that you are enjoying my pictures!
As to the Bama or Auburn thing....I went to Alabama, but at this point in my life - I really like both teams. I don't go to games any more - really didn't after graduating form college. I do love to watch football, but I don't do it very often. Maybe as our children get older we'll get more involved. :)
Gorgeous flowers Allie. I love the second one, the orange. So beautiful!
Cheers!
