Spring is right around the corner - let's have a giveaway!

Signs of spring are all around us here. The warmer days with bright clear skies, and the emerging shoots and buds make my heart beat faster. So in honor of the upcoming wonder of spring, I am having a giveaway. Post here about your favorite season - which season you like best and why. The winner will receive a 5x7 of their choice from my etsy shop. The drawing for the winner will be February 28th. Be sure to leave me a way to get in touch with you in the event you are the winner!

I look forward to hearing about your favorite seasons! :), allie

Spring, of course!
The weather is warmer. Festivals begin. I can walk down to the water without freezing my toes.
Birds are chirping. Sweaters are put away for 6 months and I can wear minimal clothing.
Hang out in my backyard. Grill out.
Oh, wow! So much and more!!!

I'm surprised at all the votes for fall. It's my favorite season too. I love cider, pumpkin pie, Halloween, and school starting (when I was a kid). Great memories!

Me too, Julie - fall is also my favorite - somehow it has always seemed like a new beginning to me. I love the weather - the leaves, everything about it really. Fall is also when my husband and I started hanging out. :)

I am surprised that no one's favorite season is Summer or Winter! I guess it is the seasons of change - Fall and Spring - that people find the most enjoyable. I know I do. I like seeing things change and the wonderful weather in Spring and Fall - they are my favorite seasons for new growth in the Spring and all the fun colors and activities that come with Fall. If I must choose one, I am going with Spring. Now that I live where it actually snows, I am looking forward to some warmer weather and being able to go out without dressing everyone in layers of warm gear!

My favorite season is summer. It's so nice and warm... you can be comfortable in cargo shorts, a t-shirt and flip flops... you can sit outside and bask in the sun... listen to the birds chirp, watch the bunnies play. :)

Fall is my favorite season. I have heard that most people's favorite season is when they were born. I was born in October :) I have always lived in New England and love going for a walk in the woods to look at the gorgeous leaves. I can't wait until my little guy is big enough to jump in a big pile of leaves - and then there are the toasted pumpkin seeds ... I could go on.

Hi Allie, Love the seasonal photos in this post!
My favorite is summer. Most of the year I am feeling cold, summer is the only season that is comfortable. It is also when I like to sit out, read, garden, and just plain relax - it is simply a less crazy time.
You can reach me at judifitzpatrick.etsy.com (but you knew that;-) )
Peace, Judi
